Age Criteria: - CHILD BORN ON 01-10-2020 to 31-12-2021
Parents need to take printout of the form submitted online.
After filling the form, kindly save your User ID and Password for further correspondence.
Only one Parent should come along with the admission form, original documents and self-attested Xerox copies of the documents on the dates of submission mentioned.
The form will be accepted only of that child who falls into the above mentioned age criteria.
Incomplete forms will be rejected.
Admission form with relevant documents to be submitted along with processing fees of Rs. 500/- in school from Wednesday 17th to Friday 19th January, 2024 between 11.00am to 01.00pm. Kindly make use of gate number 04 for submission of online admission form.
Please note that unless you submit the copy of the online form along with self-attested documents, your form will not be considered for Scrutiny/ further processing.
All further communication regarding your child’s admission will be done on default mobile number given in the application form.

Xerox Copy of Birth Certificate (COMPULSORY FOR ALL)
Xerox Copy of Baptism Certificate(COMPULSORY FOR R.C. /PROTESTANTS)
Letter From Parish Priest Compulsory in case of Catholics
In case of Past pupils submit the Xerox of Mark sheet / Passing / Leaving Certificate.
Xerox Copy of Residential Proof (Any one of the following Documents)
RATION CARD
ELECTRICITY BILL
TAX BILL
TELEPHONE BILL
Xerox Copy (Child's Adhar Card, Father's Adhar Card and Mother's Adhar Card is compulsory)
Family Photograph (size: 3.5 x 5)
NOTE: HOSPITAL CERTIFICATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A PROOF OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
