Age Criteria: - CHILD BORN ON 01-08-2013 to 30-09-2014
Parents need to take printout of the form submitted online.
After filling the form, kindly save your User ID and Password for further correspondence. Please note the date of submission of documents. Both the parents should come with the child along with the admission form, original documents and self-attested Xerox copies of the documents on the dates of submission mentioned.
Admission Form is to be submitted along with processing charges Rs. 100/-to the KG Section of Savio Kindergarten (Don Bosco School, Yerwada) between 21st to 24th January,2020 between 01.00 pm to 02.30 pm. Kindly make use of gate number 01 for submission of online form.
Please note that unless you submit the copy of the online form along with self-attested documents. Your form will not be considered for scrutiny / further processing.
All further communication regarding your child’s admission will be done on default mobile no and email id given in the application form.

NOTE: HOSPITAL CERTIFICATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A PROOF OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
