Anticipated independence day and Raksha Bandhan Festivity was celebrated on 14th of August 2019 in the Don Bosco School hall by the students of Savio Kindergarten and Don Bosco Primary school.
The students of std III C presented their class assembly and depicted 'the life of a soldier'. They had a dance, skit and a video played which showed the sacrifices the soldier's family makes for the country as a whole. Shruti Mudegol of std III C delivered the speech, narrating the importance of national flag.
The assembly also featured the strong bond of brother and sister on auspicious day of Raksha bandhan. The girls of std IV tied rakhis on the wrist of the office staff, support staff, rickshaw uncles and gent staff representatives.
The day was filled with a lot of love and patriotic feeling.
