International Men's Day is an annual international event celebrated on 19 November. It is an occasion to celebrate boys and men's achievements and contributions, in particular for their contributions to community, family, marriage, and child care. The broader and ultimate aim of the event is to promote basic humanitarian values. The theme of 2019's International Men's Day was "Making a Difference for Men and Boys," and focused on promoting the need to value men and boys and help people make practical improvements in men and boy’s health and well-being. International mens day was celebrated in Don Bosco School, Pune on 6th of December,2019 in the school hall. This day was celebrated to show all the men-folks gratitude for their presence at work and helping hand in hardships one goes through. Every celebration begins with calling upon the Lord's blessing so did this day begin with prayers led by Tr. Surekha Vanjari. The day was full of entertainment. The women had a well organized day for their Male counterparts. The pre primary teachers grooved and swayed to a Bollywood number.A song dedicated to all the men for their unnoticed efforts by the primary school teachers. The teachers of the College section sang a hymn to acknowledge the completeness world has due to the presence of men. The secondary section teachers organised fun games which added more fun to the day. The Male staff was then presented token of love. The day ended with a fellowship meal. The day definitely brought out the meaning of 'He' is in s'he'. And that's what leads us to completeness.
