Green Drive by DB PUNE through tree plantation was a notable initiative of this year. The Green Army Cadets from Std. IX & X organised and planned to plant saplings that would soon turn into lush green majestic trees for the future generations to study at DB.
As well said- ' Let's do a little, But promising and concrete.' Accordingly each class decided to plant 4 saplings and take care of them for the years to come. The initiative has a goal of enhancing nature and at a broader perspective, is to inculcate the culture of caring for plants among the students, teachers and parents.
The Principal, Fr.Bosco D'mello inspired and guided the initiative. All the teachers and students fulfilled the task enthusiastically under the able organisation of In-charge TR.Sunanda Patil.
