SOLO SINGING COMPETITIONS

Don Bosco Junior College conducted a Solo Dance competition on Friday 28th July 2023. This was beautifully organised by the Blue House under the guidance of Tr. Vanita, Tr. Aarti, Tr. Saritha and Tr. Jessie. The theme was Happiness and Joy.16 participants two from every house were shortlisted by each house. The esteemed Judges for the event were - Sir Raosaheb Wali, Mrs Sangeeta Gode and Sir Alex Bavsar.

The event started with felicitation of the Judges by Fr. Principal Fr. Ajit Munis and the Supervisor of the Junior College Sir Leo D'Souza. The honourable judges were introduced by Tr. Saritha.

The event continued on a musical note as each performance was well presented. The special performance by Tr. Blossom Lobo with group of students who represented various singers and musicians mesmerised the audience. The performance by the judges added a new spring of energy altogether as students too joined in singing the famous numbers.

The winners were declared and felicitated by the judges: First - Alwin Gunjal from Blue house, Second - Joel Sable from Red House and Third place shared by Roshini Mantri (Blue House) and Sandesh Bankar (Yellow House)

The staff and the students indeed enjoyed the musical fiesta.
